The Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce is an incorporated body managed by volunteers with support staff. The primary objective of the Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce is to maintain and improve trade and commerce and to promote economic, civic and social welfare of the Municipality of Niagara Falls.

The Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce staff work together with the Board of Directors to provide exceptional service to our business community. Collaboration best describes the nature of their roles. Along with community support, they make sure that the business voice of Niagara is heard.

The Government Affairs Mandate is to influence the decision making process of the Local, Provincial, and Federal Governments and to influence adoption of sound municipal, provincial, and national policies, which are in the best interest of the business, tourism, and professional community as a whole.

The Marketing Committee will serve as the official ambassadors of the Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce, Canada. The activities include:

o Invite new members to Business After Five and other Chamber events
o Deliver new member kits
o Greet members at all Chamber events, such as Business Achievement Awards, Annual Golf Tournament, Niagara Business Show, Business After Five, Superhost, and Certified Sales Professional Course.
o Promote the Chamber to potential new members and encourage participation from existing new members
o Develop seminars and programs of interest which can educate the members of the Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce
o Assist with the organization of events such as the Annual Meeting and Golf Tournament. Make sure that all issues of importance are being carried out at the committee level are communicated to the president for action.
